Thank you very much for your many entries for the “Kengo Kuma & Higashikawa” KAGU Design Competition. We called for designs based on the theme “Furniture to Co-Exist with Animals” and we received a total of 440 submissions.

●Final judging and the award ceremony will be held in Higashikawa, Hokkaido, Japan on Sunday March 29, 2025. 

Notes: 

-The selected entrants will be required to submit a presentation manuscript by the date designated by the Executive Committee prior to the final judging. Additionally, they must prepare a 1/5 to 1/1 scale model of their design. 

-As the final judging will be held in Higashikawa, Hokkaido, those residing outside of Japan will need their passport.

-We are unable to respond to enquiries about the judging process, criteria, results or other related matters.
