]]> Thank you very much for your many entries for the “Kengo Kuma & Higashikawa” KAGU Design Competition. We called for designs based on the theme “Furniture to Co-Exist with Animals” and we received a total of 440 submissions.

●Final judging and the award ceremony will be held in Higashikawa, Hokkaido, Japan on Sunday March 29, 2025. 

Notes: 

-The selected entrants will be required to submit a presentation manuscript by the date designated by the Executive Committee prior to the final judging. Additionally, they must prepare a 1/5 to 1/1 scale model of their design. 

-As the final judging will be held in Higashikawa, Hokkaido, those residing outside of Japan will need their passport.

-We are unable to respond to enquiries about the judging process, criteria, results or other related matters.

We will announce any changes on this website as well as posting the latest information regarding the competition, so please check it regularly.
